Election Law Blog- Weblog devoted to election law, campaign finance, legislation and voting rights.

FundRace 2004- This resource lets you enter any street address and see what people at or near that location have contributed to a presidential candidate, along with their addresses and occupations. The data is based on reports that campaigns regularly file with the Federal Election Commission. You can also look up a person's name and get the same information.

House Race Hotline- Daily news service focusing on Congressional campaigns, with an emphasis on special elections, open seats, and endangered incumbents.

Google News on Election Reform- Updated news, indexed by Google, regarding election reform.

New York Times- Campaign 2004- Current NY Times articles on the 2004 presidential election.

NPR- Politics- Current NPR stories and features dealing with politics, campaigns and elections.

Watchblog- WatchBlog is a multiple-editor weblog broken up into three major political affiliations, each with its own blog: the Democrats, the Republicans and the Third Party (covering everything outside the two major parties).

Journals and Periodicals

Election Law Journal- This journal covers legal issues surrounding elections and voters' rights, including issues of campaign finance, election monitoring, contested elections and voting technology.

Election Weekly- California Journal's Election Weekly provides information about candidates campaigning for the California state legislature and California Senate and House seats. It also covers the presidential race from a California perspective.

Electoral Studies- This journal covers all aspects of voting and its coverage is international in scope. It features articles on topics such as relationships between votes and seats, and between election results and politicians' reactions; historical and sociological aspects of voting behavior; and rational choice analysis of political acts, and critiques of such analyses.

Legal Resources

The Brennan Center- Its mission is develop and implement an innovative, nonpartisan agenda of scholarship, public education, and legal action that promotes equality and human dignity, while safeguarding fundamental freedoms.

Campaign Finance Institute- This is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that conducts objective research and education, organizes task forces and makes recommendations for policy change regarding campaign finance.

Campaign Finance Law Resources- Federal Election Commission- This website is hosted by the FEC and it provides links to legal documents, publications and other resources dealing with campaign finance law.

Campaign Legal Center- The campaign legal center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote a nonpartisan agenda by representing the public's perspective in administrative and legal proceedings interpreting and enforcing the campaign and media laws.

Election Law @ Moritz- This site provides information and insight on the laws governing state, federal and local elections. It is hosted by Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University.

Law Library of Congress- Election Law Legal Guide- This guide provides links to Constitutional materials, case law and state and federal executive branch materials relative to election law and elections.

New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission Resources from the State of New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission.

Presidential Election Litigation 2000- This database contains documents filed in cases in Florida state courts and federal courts relating to the 2000 presidential election voting dispute. Coverage begins with November 9, 2000.
